Full-Time HLTA Job – Primary School – Bournville | September 2026 Start

Zest Education are recruiting for a Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly sought-after primary school in the Bournville area from 2nd September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified HLTA looking for a long-term, full-time role with potential for a permanent contract.

💷 Pay Rate: £105 – £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

📚 Role & Responsibilities

As a full-time HLTA, you will:

  • Deliver PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover across the school
  • Lead whole classes independently, ensuring positive behaviour management and engagement
  • Support teaching staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups and abilities
  • Uphold high standards of learning and development across the school
