HLTA – Level 3

Are you an experienced Level 3 HLTA who thrives on making a real difference in the classroom? What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing high‑quality support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Leading small‑group interventions and supporting whole‑class learning
• Delivering planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Helping pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive learning habits
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to create an inclusive, engaging environment
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need consistency and encouragement

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong experience supporting SEND pupils in a school setting
• Confident leading groups and stepping in to deliver lessons when required
• A calm, patient and positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping children succeed
