Zest Education is thrilled to partner with an exceptional school in Tamworth, currently seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to complement their dynamic team. This exciting full-time role is scheduled to commence in September 2024, with the opportunity for extension until at least December 2024. This popular 4-11 primary school is staffed by dedicated individuals who work well together. To be successful in this role you must have:
– Previous experience working in a similar role within a primary school setting
– Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents
– Ability to provide individualised support to students to enhance their learning experience
– A proactive and collaborative approach to work within a team environment
– Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare would be advantageous
