Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working with a delightful school in Telford to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant. This part-time position will commence at the end of April and will run until the end of the academic year.

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to young learners. Key responsibilities will include assisting with classroom management, providing one-on-one support to students, preparing resources, and contributing to the overall positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role and a relevant qualification in education or childcare are desirable.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
