The Role

As a KS1 PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 1. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to support learning across EYFS when required, ensuring continuity and consistency for pupils.

This role is initially for the Autumn Term, with the possibility of an extension through to Easter 2027 for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Strong knowledge of both the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
  • A calm, creative and nurturing approach to teaching
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and year groups
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to support pupils and colleagues
  • A commitment to raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for children
