We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a lovely primary school on the outskirts of Stafford. This school values the happiness of its pupils and operates with smaller class sizes to create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the KS1 curriculum
– Manage and support a class of children, encouraging their development
– Champion the values of the school and maintain a positive classroom environment
– Provide constructive feedback to children to support their learning
– Maintain class discipline as necessary
Requirements:
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a short-term role, lasting 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The position is Monday to Friday, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
