Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a school in Stafford. Our school values respect above all else and is a strong advocate for inclusivity and diversity, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all students and staff.
Responsibilities:
– Create engaging and interactive lesson plans for Key Stage 1 students
– Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
– Deliver lessons in a vibrant and enthusiastic manner to engage young learners
– Provide personalized 1-1 feedback to students to support their development
– Communicate with parents and guardians as necessary to ensure student progress
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
– A passion for working in an inclusive and respectful school environment
This full-time role is scheduled for 5 days a week, starting in September. The school is easily accessible and offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
