Job Description

Are you a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent? Zest Education is currently seeking a KS1 Teacher for a lovely primary school situated on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent

The school is committed to providing every advantage to its pupils and preparing them for future endeavours. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the British Curriculum
– Manage behavioural issues as and when they arise with patience and professionalism
– Provide 1-1 feedback to students to support their learning and development
– Communicate effectively with parents when required to provide updates on student progress
– Offer general support within the school environment

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience working with KS1 students is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage and motivate young learners
– Strong understanding of the British Curriculum

The school is easily accessible by road and public transport. This full-time role is available immediately and requires commitment for 5 days a week.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
