Are you a passionate and imaginative Key Stage 1 teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you thrive in a vibrant, nurturing classroom and enjoy supporting young learners as they grow?
Zest Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-driven primary school in Stafford, who are seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of a supportive school environment that values both staff wellbeing and pupil development.

Take charge of a vibrant Year 1 or Year 2 class – assigned based on your strengths

Work closely with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff
Be actively involved in wider school activities such as assemblies, trips, and events
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly welcome to apply
Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about education
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
A collaborative team player who is eager to make a lasting difference

Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
