We’re recruiting exclusively for a popular primary school in Redditch who need a Year 1 teacher to join their team from September 2022. The position will be for the full academic year (covering a maternity leave) and will be a full class teaching role. Both newly qualified (ECT/NQT) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

The school itself aims to provide all children with a supportive and inclusive environment to ensure all children can develop into resilient and honest individuals. The school has a good reputation and behaviour levels are reflected in this across every year group.

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Demonstrate the highest regard for health and safety and the safeguarding of all pupils
  • Have a passion for providing a first-class education
  • Be an enthusiastic, fun, and creative teacher
  • Have a strong work-ethic and good communication skills
  • Be able to engage with a broad range of pupils
  • Have the ability to identify, target, and support individual learning needs
