We are currently working closely with a lovely school in Stafford who is in need of a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, on a part-time basis until the end of the academic year.

This school is situated in the heart of Stafford and is known for its warm and welcoming environment that fosters a love for learning in all students. With a dedicated staff and supportive community, the school strives to provide a well-rounded education for all its pupils, helping them reach their full potential.

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, assisting with classroom management, and working with small groups of students to enhance their learning experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a patient and understanding approach to supporting students with various learning needs.

Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
– Experience working with children in an educational setting
– Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
– Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistance
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting student learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
