Zest Education, an esteemed education agency, is currently collaborating with a delightful school in Stafford to find a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This part-time position will run until the end of the academic year.

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for KS1 students
– Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources
– Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
– Supervising students during class and outdoor activities
– Upholding the school’s policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
– Relevant experience working with KS1 students in an educational setting
– A genuine passion for helping young learners succeed
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development
