The Role:
Zest are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher to teach Key Stage 2 classes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher or someone early in their teaching career to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring that every child is engaged, challenged, and supported to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing feedback that promotes growth and development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ academic and personal development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.

About You:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
  • A proactive and reflective practitioner, keen to develop your skills.

Pay will start from £130 per day, dependant on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
