– Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
– Collaborating with team members to develop schemes of work and contribute to curriculum planning
– Monitoring and assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience or training in teaching KS2 students
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
– Commitment to continuous professional development
