Are you a passionate educator looking to make a positive impact on young minds? Zest Education, an award-winning agency recruiting across the Midlands, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Redditch area.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to teach a dynamic Key Stage 2 class, specifically Year 4, on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to deliver a challenging and inspiring curriculum to a diverse group of learners.
The Head of this supportive and inclusive primary school is in search of a teacher who possesses strong behaviour management skills and a solid work ethic. If you are someone who can hit the ground running and create a stimulating learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Please note that you must hold valid UK QTS to apply, ECT and experienced teachers will be equally considered. All staff who apply must be able to commit to the entirety of the role; starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year (July 2025).

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
