Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher looking for a new opportunity? Zest Education is currently seeking a full-time Year 4 class teacher to join a fantastic team starting in September 2024. This position offers a long-term opportunity as a maternity cover contract for the full academic year.
As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the positive and supportive learning environment of this primary school. They take great pride in maintaining a sense of belonging, enjoyment, and enthusiasm for learning within the local community.
To excel in this role, you must be determined, motivated, and possess strong leadership skills to manage classroom behaviour effectively. We are looking for someone who can consistently uphold high standards while delivering a diverse and engaging curriculum. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and collaborative spirit are essential qualities we seek in the ideal candidate.
Please note that previous experience working within KS2 is preferred and the role is located in Tyseley. ECT applicants who possess the criteria above will be equally considered.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
