KS2 Teacher, Wolverhampton.

Zest Education is exclusively working with a two-form entry Primary school in Wolverhampton. The school require a Year 4 Teacher to cover 3 days a week. The successful candidate needs to be able to start September 2022 and it would be for the full academic year.

The school has an extremely good reputation throughout the local community with many of the parents choosing to send their children there. In order to take the school to the next step in pupil development, senior leadership team have decided to introduce a fresh plan. This plan enables the class teacher to spend more time with smaller groups to ensure each child is achieving and exceeding target grades.

The successful candidate needs to be dedicated and have in-depth curriculum knowledge about Year 4. They must also have a broad range of behavioural management techniques due to the varying difficulties of the pupils. Finally, any candidate must be able to take on the full teaching role including planning, preparation and assessment.

Both newly qualified teachers and more experienced teachers will be considered for this role. Those with experience of Year 4 will be in advantageous position. The successful candidate will be given support to ensure their transition is smooth.
