Are you a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive primary school? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Castle Vale, Birmingham, working closely with Key Stage 2 pupils to support learning, development, and progress.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting children in a school setting and a passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Support teaching and learning across the KS2 curriculum.
Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where needed.
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and academic growth.
Experience working with children, ideally within Key Stage 2.
A positive, proactive, and supportive attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Passionate about helping pupils thrive academically and emotionally.
