KS2 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education are working with a fantastic school in Stourbridge in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The school offers a lovely atmosphere and provides onsite parking for convenience. As a KS2 teaching assistant your responsibilities will include:
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to KS2 students
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
– Assisting in the preparation of educational materials and activities
– Helping maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
– Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be required to have:
– Previous experience working with KS2 students in an educational setting
– A genuine passion for supporting the academic and emotional development of young learners
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Relevant qualifications in education or a related field

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
