Zest Education are working with a fantastic school in Stourbridge in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The school offers a lovely atmosphere and provides onsite parking for convenience. Not only does this school offer a safe and nurturing environment but they have also recently been rated ‘Good’ from their recent Ofsted visit.
As a KS2 teaching assistant your responsibilities will include:
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to KS2 students
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
– Assisting in the preparation of educational materials and activities
– Helping maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
– Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be required to have:
– Previous experience working with KS2 students in an educational setting
– A genuine passion for supporting the academic and emotional development of young learners
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Relevant qualifications in education or a related field

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
