🌟 Role Overview

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across the Key Stage 2 phase. You’ll work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing classroom support across KS2 lessons
  • Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions when needed
  • Assisting with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom organisation
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning atmosphere
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

🎓 What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
  • Experience working in KS2 or with primary-aged children
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
