We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic, bright, and hard-working individual to work on a long-term basis at a school in Rugeley as a 1:1 Teaching assistant with a child in KS1.
The school itself is a popular primary which encourages all children to develop into independent, respectful, and confident individuals. The school are looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
The role will require you to quickly build an engaging relationship with the child, and you will need to work closely as a team with the class teacher and other teaching assistants. You will be confident, enthusiastic and be able to manage challenging behaviour. The role is due to start January 2024 for the full academic year. Experience working with SEND is desirable but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and recent school-based experience.
