Learning Support Assistant – Primary (Part-Time)

🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly primary school in Stechford. This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ learning and well-being in a welcoming mainstream setting.
Provide support to pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups.
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
Help children to engage with learning and develop confidence.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all pupils.
Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Support qualification – desirable but not essential.
Patience, empathy, and a caring approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
