Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in the Bournville area, launching a brand-new resource base provision this September. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Practitioner to be part of this exciting new chapter.

About the role

You’ll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • ADHD
  • Physical disabilities
  • Behavioural needs

No two days will be the same – this is a dynamic, ever-evolving environment where adaptability and a nurturing approach are key.


Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • ✅ Level 3 qualified (or above) in a relevant childcare or education qualification
  • ✅ Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
  • ✅ Committed, resilient, and proactive
  • ✅ Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • ✅ Confident working in a setting with varying and changing needs
