Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Temp to Perm

Upper Pre‑School | Beautiful Nursery in Aldridge

Zest Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a truly beautiful and welcoming nursery in the heart of Aldridge. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and confident Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Upper Pre‑School team on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing, well‑resourced setting where children are at the centre of everything.

The Role

As part of the Upper Pre‑School team, you will support children aged 3–4 as they prepare for school. You’ll deliver engaging activities, promote independence, and create a warm, stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

What We’re Looking For

  • A full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years environment
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and high‑quality childcare

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
