Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Northfield (Resource Base)

Long‑term role | Immediate start | Varying SEND needs | 1:1 and group intervention support

Zest Education is working with a warm and inclusive primary setting in the Northfield area to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, starting as soon as possible, based within the school’s resource base, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work within a specialist resource base supporting pupils with varying SEND needs
  • Provide 1:1 support to learners who require tailored guidance
  • Deliver small‑group interventions to help pupils meet their academic and developmental targets
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff
  • Help create a positive, encouraging and accessible learning environment for all
