A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Leamington Spa is looking for a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full‑time basis. The school is seeking someone who can bring enthusiasm, reliability and strong classroom practice to support pupils across the primary age range. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high‑quality support, assist with learning activities and help create a positive, structured and engaging learning environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
