  • Work independently with groups of pupils when required
  • Support children with a range of needs, including autism, specific learning difficulties and trauma‑related behaviours
  • Promote high expectations, positive relationships and inclusive practice

Explore effective TA strategies or supporting SEND pupils to deepen your understanding of the role.

  • A genuine passion for education and improving outcomes
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and a proactive approach
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive contribution to school life
  • Creativity and willingness to think differently
  • Flexibility, resilience and the ability to work independently
  • Understanding of strategies to support a range of additional needs
  • High expectations for all pupils
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, pupils and families
  • A reflective mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Each of these aligns with the expectations of a Level 3 TA in primary settings.

What You’ll Receive

  • A warm, vibrant and supportive working environment
  • A caring team committed to achieving the best for pupils and families
  • Friendly, enthusiastic children who enjoy learning
  • A school culture that values creativity, ambition and professional growth
  • Supportive colleagues, leaders and governors
  • A workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued
