Zest Education is recruiting a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Lichfield. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in ensuring a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms during lunch breaks
Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and good manners
Support pupils in eating safely and promoting healthy eating habits
Organise and take part in playground games and activities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Help with setting up and clearing tables in the dining hall
✅ Friendly, approachable, and patient personality
✅ Experience working with children (school, nursery, or youth setting preferred)
✅ Confident in promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
