Position: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Primary School in Lichfield
Schedule: 5 days a week, 1 hour 10 minutes per day
Commencement: Immediate start

Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for primary school children? We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at a Primary School in Lichfield. This role involves supervising children during lunch breaks, ensuring their well-being, and promoting positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise children during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors
– Encourage good manners and positive social interactions
– Ensure a safe environment for all children
– Respond appropriately to any behavioural issues or incidents
– Liaise with school staff regarding any concerns or incidents
Qualifications and Skills:
– Previous experience working with children is required
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage groups of children effectively
– Patience and a caring attitude towards children

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you, the cost of the DBS is £49.80) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
