Zest Education is recruiting caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to work in a primary school in Lichfield from September 2025. This is a rewarding part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help create a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime environment.
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunch breaks
Encourage positive play and help organise games and activities
Support pupils with meals, ensuring safety and good behaviour
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children
Deal with minor first aid or incidents (training can be provided)
Work closely with school staff to maintain safeguarding and wellbeing standards
✅ Experience working with children (school, childcare, youth work etc.)
✅ Friendly, approachable, and patient manner
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to encourage positive behaviour and inclusion
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
