Lunchtime Supervisor

Job Description

Location: Stafford

Hours: 11:45 – 13:15

Contract: Part-time, term-time only

Pay: £14.25 /per hour

Zest Education are looking for a positive and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join a thriving primary school in Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking a part‑time school job in Stafford with a friendly, supportive team and a rewarding daily routine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students during lunchtime to ensure a calm, enjoyable environment.
  • Supervising play on the playground and encouraging positive interactions.
  • Helping in the dining hall with queues, seating, and routines.
  • Promoting good behaviour and modelling kindness and respect.
  • Working as part of a supportive team to keep lunchtimes running smoothly.

 

About You:

You will be a great fit if you are:

  • Confident managing groups of children
  • Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Committed to children’s wellbeing
  • Have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one)
  • Have previous experience around children (Ideally in a school setting)
