Zest Education are recruiting exclusively for a part time Maths teacher for a long-term position in north Birmingham.
The school, located in Lozells, is a challenging yet rewarding environment to work in and has a wonderful team of teachers and staff who work extremely hard to maintain a supportive and inclusive ethos across the school.
The role will be a part time position (days can be flexible for the right candidate) and will be starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold valid QTS
- Be confident and consistent in teaching Mathematics up to KS5
- Be consistent in maintaining positive behaviour
- Demonstrate the highest regard for health and safety and safeguarding procedures
- Be able to lead the strong school culture of equality and inclusion
- Have excellent communication skills to engage and adapt your teaching for the needs of all students
Both newly qualified teachers/early careers teachers (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
