Job Description

Are you passionate about teaching Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) and inspiring students to excel in French and Spanish? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join an exceptional secondary school in Bromsgrove starting in September 2024.

The ideal candidate for this full-time role should possess a proven track record in MFL education, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons tailored to students in KS3, KS4, and KS5. As an MFL Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing students’ language skills while instilling a love for French and Spanish.

Key responsibilities of the role include planning and executing high-quality MFL lessons, assessing student progress, collaborating with departmental colleagues, and organizing extracurricular language activities. The successful candidate should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), be fluent in French and Spanish, and have experience teaching MFL at the secondary level.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
