Nursery assistant

Zest Education are recruiting exclusively for a fantastic nursery assistant role at a mainstream nursey in Yardley Wood, Birmingham.  The classroom assistant position will be starting in September 2022 until the end of the academic year, summer 2023.

The position will be full time and will be working within the pre-school room.

The successful candidate must:

• Be a reliable, passionate, and resourceful individual
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be able to identify and support individual learning needs
• Have previous experience working with the EYFS curriculum
• Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum 3 months of relevant experience

• Working within a fast paced environment
• Be able to work well within groups and on a 1-1 basis
• Supporting children with learning life skills from an early age
• Be consistent in maintaining high standards
• Providing children with a safe and supportive learning environment
