Job Description

Step into a warm and energetic role as a dedicated nursery assistant supporting young children in a nurturing Nuneaton nursery. From day one, you’ll bring confidence, structure and enthusiasm to a setting where children thrive through play, routine and positive interaction. As a result, you’ll build strong relationships and support early development in a meaningful, hands‑on way.

Throughout each day, you’ll move confidently between activities that build communication, social skills and independence. In addition, you’ll help maintain structure during transitions, group time and play‑based learning. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the nursery team to deliver age‑appropriate activities that spark curiosity and encourage exploration. Furthermore, you’ll contribute to a calm, predictable environment that helps children feel secure and ready to learn. Ultimately, your full‑time presence will make a direct and lasting impact on every child’s early development.
