Nursery Nurse, Kingstanding.
Zest Education is proud to be working with a ‘outstanding’ private nursery in the centre of Kingstanding. The nursery has 120 children on roles with a mixture of rooms. They have 3 Nursery Nurse positions available. The positions are full time & part time and is due to start ASAP. The initial contract will be for two terms with a look to make the position permanent if the candidate and Nursery agree.
The Nursery itself is situated in the centre of Kingstanding and has a great support network for all its pupils. The Nursery has varying academic abilities but always has the support in place for any pupil who may need it. It is very inclusive of not just its staff and pupils but the surrounding community. They regularly raise awareness of the community and does what it can to bring them all closer. The senior leadership team work tirelessly to ensure that the school is always improving and making a difference to each of its pupils.
The successful candidate must work in line of the Nursery’s values and ethos. Given the importance of Nursery, it is imperative that the successful candidates have strong and in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and can effectively deliver this to the class which has a varying range of academic abilities.
Both newly qualified Nursery Nurses and experienced ones will be considered for this role. Applicants who have Nursery experience will be in an advantageous position, but all will be considered. The successful candidate will be given support from appropriate parties to ensure a smooth transition into the new role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
