The Role ✨

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join the school in January 2026. You will work throughout the Spring Term, and the school may extend the role depending on future needs.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to deliver engaging early years provision.
• Support children’s development through play‑based and structured activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and social skills.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment that promotes exploration and growth.
• Contribute to daily routines and wider school activities.

The Ideal Candidate 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

We are looking for someone who brings energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for early years education. Ideally, you will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
• Demonstrate experience working in a nursery setting.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Organise tasks efficiently and manage time well.
• Adapt creatively to meet diverse developmental needs.
• Approach challenges with positivity and resilience.
