As an Early Years Practitioner in Birmingham, you will:

• Deliver EYFS learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Support Nursery-aged children with communication, language, and early literacy skills
• Assist with phonics, early maths, and play-based learning activities
• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development (PSED)
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour in the nursery setting
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who need additional support
• Support daily nursery routines including transitions, play, and structured learning
• Work closely with EYFS teachers, SEN staff, and parents/carers
