The role: 📚 Full time EYFS Teacher
Location: 📍Redditch
Duration: 🗓️ September 2026 – July 2027

A welcoming and forward-thinking first school in Redditch is looking to appoint a Nursery Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026, continuing for the entire academic year through to July 2027. The role:

In this role, you will take full responsibility for a Nursery class, delivering a high-quality, play-based EYFS curriculum that supports children at the very start of their educational journey. You will be responsible for planning, assessment and monitoring progress, while creating a classroom environment that is engaging, inclusive and nurturing. The school places a strong emphasis on shared planning, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, exchange ideas and enhance outcomes for all pupils.

The school:

The school is seeking either an experienced Early Years teacher or a confident and capable Early Career Teacher who is ready to take on full classroom responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable and proactive, with a genuine passion for Early Years education. You should feel confident working both independently and as part of a team, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive school environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
