A welcoming and forward-thinking first school in Redditch is looking to appoint a Nursery Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026, continuing for the entire academic year through to July 2027. In this role, you will take full responsibility for a Nursery class, delivering a high-quality, play-based EYFS curriculum that supports children at the very start of their educational journey. You will be responsible for planning, assessment and monitoring progress, while creating a classroom environment that is engaging, inclusive and nurturing. The school places a strong emphasis on shared planning, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, exchange ideas and enhance outcomes for all pupils.
The school is seeking either an experienced Early Years teacher or a confident and capable Early Career Teacher who is ready to take on full classroom responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable and proactive, with a genuine passion for Early Years education. You should feel confident working both independently and as part of a team, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive school environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
