Salary: £130-170 per day

About the Role

Zest Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a dedicated Nursery Teacher. This exciting opportunity allows you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching without the added responsibility of planning — all lessons and activities will be pre-set, enabling you to concentrate on engaging with pupils and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience working in Early Years (Nursery or Reception).
  • Demonstrates a nurturing, enthusiastic, and creative approach.
  • Works well as part of a team and values collaboration.
  • Is committed to ensuring every child thrives.
