Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced School PA to support the Headteacher of an outstanding school in Lichfield on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-level administrative support to the Headteacher
– Manage the Headteacher’s diary, scheduling appointments and meetings
– Coordinate communication between the Headteacher, staff, students, and parents
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Headteacher
– Organise and maintain accurate records and files
– Assist with school event planning and coordination
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a School PA or similar role
– Strong organisational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
