Requirements for the Teaching Assistant position:
– Experience working with children in an 1:1 educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to support students on a one-to-one basis
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
– Relevant qualifications in education or child development would be advantageous
