As a KS1 Teaching Assistant at this school, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of young students. Key responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional help, and contributing to the positive and nurturing atmosphere of the classroom. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– Relevant qualifications in education or childcare
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting student learning
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
