Job Description

PE Teacher – Telford

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Telford on a full-time basis from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is committed to delivering engaging Physical Education lessons and inspiring students to lead active, healthy lifestyles. The successful candidate will teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

The Role:

  • Full-time PE Teacher
  • September start
  • Based in a supportive secondary school in Telford
  • Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons
  • Contributing to extracurricular sports and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Be passionate about promoting physical education and student wellbeing
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Zest Education
