Pay: £130-£170/ Per Day

Zest Education is looking for passionate and adaptable PPA Teachers to support a range of fantastic primary schools in the Walsall area. If you thrive on variety, enjoy teaching across different year groups, and want a role that offers both flexibility and consistency, this could be a brilliant fit.

About the role

As a PPA Teacher working with Zest Education, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Follow existing planning while bringing your own creativity and energy
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Maintain a calm, engaging classroom environment
  • Provide reliable cover for teachers during PPA time, leadership duties, and short‑term absences

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy teaching a mix of subjects and year groups, and who feel confident stepping into different classrooms with ease.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible, proactive approach
  • Experience across primary year groups (desirable but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
