Job Advert: Full-Time PPA Teacher

Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Minimum of 2 terms
Location: Rednal, Birmingham
Working Pattern: Full time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed PPA Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school team from September 2026. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality PPA cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide engaging and effective PPA cover across KS1 and KS2
  • Deliver well-planned, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
  • Maintain high standards of learning and behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Confident, engaging and hard-working
  • Able to cater for individual learning needs and adapt teaching accordingly
  • Committed to working positively with colleagues, pupils and parents
  • Passionate about providing high-quality education across the primary age range

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
