PPA Teacher, Sutton Coldfield.
Zest education is proud to be working with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in the centre of Sutton Coldfield. The role is part-time and is due to start in November 2022, the initial term of the role will be until the end of the academic year, but it could go permanent if the right candidate is found.
As mentioned above, the school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is looking to improve on this by strengthening their cross-school teaching with a high quality PPA Teacher. With the previous years’ large intakes now coming up through the school, they have decided that it is time to bring a fresh and enthusiastic new member of staff in. Class sizes are not unmanageably large and in addition, each class has an experienced teaching assistant.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must have a good understanding of cross school curriculum. The candidate will be working across the school and alongside class teachers who is are all valued members of the school and has great experience. The school are looking for somebody who can fit seamlessly into the running of the school and ensure the highest standards of teaching.
Both newly qualified Teachers and experienced teachers will be considered for this position. The successful candidate will be given full support by Zest and the school to make sure the transition into the new role is smooth.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
