Part-Time PPA Teacher – Northfield Area (September Start, Until Easter 2026)

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time PPA Teacher to join a thriving primary school in the Northfield area from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Position Details:

  • Role: Part-Time PPA Teacher
  • Contract: 0.6 (3 days per week)
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Duration: Until at least Easter 2027
  • Location: Northfield, Birmingham

You will be stepping into a long-term position, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of year groups. The school prides itself on providing a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where both pupils and staff can thrive.

Your Role:

As a PPA Teacher, you will cover classes across Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You’ll have the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity and a positive experience for pupils while class teachers undertake their planning, preparation and assessment time.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
