Are you an experienced and reliable Primary Teacher looking for a flexible part-time PPA teaching role in Solihull?

A highly regarded and popular junior school in Solihull is seeking a talented PPA Teacher to join their team for the Autumn Term, with the potential for the role to be extended for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful school known for its high academic standards, strong pupil attainment, and supportive staff team.

The Role

The school is looking for a committed and adaptable teacher to provide PPA cover across the school.

The successful candidate can work either:

  • Every Wednesday and Friday, or
  • Every Thursday and Friday

The school is happy to offer flexibility for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of year groups.
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and classroom standards.
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teachers’ PPA time.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders.
  • Support pupils in achieving their full academic potential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent classroom practice and organisational abilities.
  • A reliable, professional and consistent approach.
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
