PPA Teacher, West Bromwich.

Zest education is proud to be working with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in the North region of West Brom. The role is part-time and is due to start in April 2022 for the period of two initial terms. The length of contract may be extended if candidate and school are in agreement that it is effective to do so.

As mentioned above, the school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is looking to improve on this by strengthening their teaching departments. The intake looks set to increase again for the third year in a row and the school have decided that it is time to bring a fresh and enthusiastic new member of staff in. The school are very pupil focused and spend a large majority of their time making sure the pupils are enjoying the environment they are in. The school believe this it he best way to get the most out of the pupils and that is why the school are very creative and innovative to make sure they are always improving.

The successful candidate must be very hands on in their role whilst setting and maintaining professional boundaries. The candidate will be working alongside all the Teaching staff to ensure the standards are maintained throughout the school. The school are looking for somebody to bring a fresh attitude and good knowledge of the curriculum through the key-stages.

Both newly qualified Teachers and experienced ones will be considered for this position. If you have experience throughout any key stage setting, then this would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be given full support by Zest and the school to make sure the transition into the new role is smooth.
